Bedford County Day Trip |

On our day trip to Bedford County we toured the historic BEDFORD SPRINGS HOTEL. It has been beautifully restored to its original grandness! James Buchanan used the Bedford Springs as his Summer White House while he was President. We also visited a few of the springs that made the hotel popular. From there we went to the AMERICAN COVERLET MUSEUM located in downtown Bedford. They have beautiful woven coverlet from the early to mid 1800's on display. After own tour we ate at the well known JEAN BONNET TAVERN.
